1. General

These conditions of sale ("the conditions") supplied by Java and Oriental Trading Company Ltd, trading as Jando, ("The Company") of 120 Gowan Avenue London SW6 6RG ("The Company's Address") to a purchaser ("The Buyer") shall be incorporated into each contract ("the contract") made by the company for the sales of the company’s goods ("the Goods"). The company contracts upon such terms as are agreed between the Company and the Buyer.

2. Carriage and Packaging

The prices stated do not include delivery. The delivery costs are displayed prior to ordering next to the item price and finally at the checkout.

3. Price

All prices shall be as stated by the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any discounts or "special offers" displayed will only be applicable at time of display.

4. Payment

Goods are sold on a payment with order basis.  When goods are not held in stock we require a 30% deposit on order with the balance payable either on or before delivery.
